Today we are celebrating the Day of Physical Training in our club!
So I hope you started this wonderful day with taking exercise and morning physical activities! If not, do it right now!
Yesterday in our online club we spoke a lot about sport, we learnt new words on the topic, we made a list of the most popular physical activities, we also discussed different health problems, such as insomnia, nervous breakdown, blood pressure, obesity, heart diseases, depression and how sport can help to cope with all of them.
We also had a chance to move and take some exercise!
